What this site is

PackReflow is a free reference site that helps e-commerce sellers and small warehouse owners pack faster. It turns publicly available fulfilment know-how — station layout, standardised workflows, equipment and materials, and product-specific packing specs — into steps you can follow, and applies them to your own process through a self-serve optimizer.

Where the data and advice come from

Throughput benchmarks, motion-time ranges, equipment tiers and packing methods come from public e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse-operations material, industry guides and indicative retail prices. Single/multi-item throughput, the travel share, task batching, 5S and reach-zone figures have published sources; the fragile/heavy rows, per-order seconds, optimizer estimates and AUD prices are experience bands or indicative prices — not a measurement of your individual situation. How to use it reliably

1. Time one normal order with a stopwatch and split it into the four buckets;
2. Use the optimizer to find your biggest waste and act from lowest cost to highest;
3. Time another order a week later to confirm the improvement.

What we do not do

This site is not professional warehouse-design, work-health-and-safety, tax or legal advice, and it does not make purchasing decisions for you. Equipment prices are Australian reference prices in AUD excluding GST, freight and installation; consult a local professional for purchasing, employment and compliance questions.
